bluehost的空间默认是不开通ssh/shell的，需要提供证件，如driver’s licence or passport，于是发了个邮件，附了我的身份证扫描件。

Would you please be kind enough to give me the shell access right?

My ID is “****”. I have attached my id card. thanks.

邮件很快被回复了，我是中午发的，心想，老美半夜还值班？真是24/7的服务啊，不错，不过内容有点失望。

居然被拒绝了，中国身份证老外不认啊。不甘心，又发了一封。

So that means that I don’t have the right? what a pity.
uploading files via ftp is so slow, I want to zip it and then
unzip it in shell.
